Volume II, to exist only as an eBook, follows 5 years later presenting copious amounts of new material discovered at auction and online and the results of input from other collectors and dealers. In addition to the presentation of original KGB documents, the new work shows that every piece of mail to foreign destinations was first inspected using chemicals to check for secret writing. The new work illustrates hundreds of new date stamps and markings to indicate surveillance.
