British P.O. numerical oblit assigned to Richmond, Jamaica, B.W.I. (1 March 1859, given to the P.O. when opened 1 November 1863). A second new different type A79 oblit was introduced later (sent out ca. 1865, but not known at Richmond until 1892, and was not in use there in 1896). 2. A third new different A79 oblit was assigned to Balaclava (1876-1895).
